Thanks for your interest in Young Birder Day 2012 on September 1 in Iowa City. It will be a terrific day of fun and learning and your young birder will gain new friends and a new level of interest in birds.
All participants, whether for the free morning Field Trip or the afternoon workshop MUST be registered in advance. This ensures we will be adequately prepared and that all participants will be safe and accounted for.
Adults (over age 18) can only attend Young Birder Day if accompanying a young birder as a parent/legal guardian or when designated by the parent/legal guardian on the signed registration form. There is no charge for adults who are accompanying a registered/paid young birder. Parents/legal guardians are encouraged to attend!
After we receive your registration, we’ll e-mail you complete details including parking, maps, what to bring, etc.
Please note that the afternoon workshop has a fee of $20 for Youth Members of IAYB and $25 for non-members. A youth membership is only $10 and provides a $5 savings on the September 1 workshop. If you are interested, you can sign up your young birder for a Youth Membership here. Whether a member or not, ALL young birders age 8-18 are welcome at Young Birder Day 2012

Step One: Complete a registration form here
After you complete the registration form, you will be directed back here to make your payment. IF YOU ARE ONLY SIGNING UP FOR THE MORNING FIELD TRIP, THERE IS NO PAYMENT DUE AND YOU CAN SKIP STEP TWO.
Step Two: Submit payment , either securely online using PayPal button below or by sending a check by mail.
Note: If you prefer to send a check by mail, send it to Iowa Young Birders, P.O. Box 549, Solon IA 52333. We’ll match up your check with your information submitted in the registration form from Step One above.
The PayPal button below allows you to add one or more youth registrations to a secure PayPal shopping cart. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use this. You will be able to review and change your selections or adjust your quantities before your credit card is charged.
